Rise of Emperors - Rome

Rise of Emperors is a Single Player Offline Strategy Game

You will build up the Roman Empire starting in the very early days when Rome was a small village. 

The goal is to build up the city of Rome as well as conquering the surrounding areas to develop the Roman Empire!

Players are able to create up to 5 accounts, all the game data will be stored to disk.

Important note: when a new update is released, players who re-install will likely lose their current progress.

The game is currently on an Alpha release for Windows Systems. All functionalities are operational and the game is stable. 

However, more depth is needed in order to move from an Alpha to a Beta development phase.

Known bugs:

- In rare occasions, the introduction video does not launch

- Animations might freeze

- A completed quest pops up when reading another quest

Elements to be (likely) added / improved in later versions:

- Unit stats, upgrades to units and barracks

- Be able to determine the fate of province leaders (with influence on stats)

- Better introduction video

- Achievements (with rewards)

- Map expansion

- More animations (ex. birds / people)

- More music

- More flexible quests

- Settings

- Optimization
